With a strong track record of successfully contributing to businesses’ organizational effectiveness and employee engagement initiatives, Michelle’s Human Resources progressive career and international experience is known to be highly effective in results-oriented environments.

During her twenty years of business experience working for leading organizations such as General Motors and Johnson & Johnson, as well as supporting world-class organizations as Human Capital and Leadership Consultant, she has consolidated as a subject matter expert in the areas of Executive Coaching, Talent Management, Team Effectiveness and Change Management.

Her strong instruction and facilitation skills have steered her into leading workshops around the globe and engage with multicultural audiences in countries such as the United States, the Netherlands, Mexico, Brazil, Nicaragua, Canada, Myanmar, Vietnam, Laos, and Mongolia, among others.

Michelle has specialized in female leadership development, and partners with her clients through thought-provoking questions that enables them to better understand themselves, their environment, objectives, and team, and become more aware by bringing the reality into the forefront. Her clients are encouraged to think deeply, be truthful, and enjoy the inquiry.

In addition to her experience and professional qualities, Michelle has obtained the Professional Coach Certification by the International Coaching Federation and the University of Miami. With a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology as well as the SPHR and SCP credentials, she is an accredited instructor and facilitator focused on diverse teambuilding techniques and is a current member of the International Coaching Federation and the Society of Human Resources.

Michelle resides in the greater Miami/Fort Lauderdale area, where she serves as a Managing Partner for Leadership Foresight®, an international Human Resources consulting firm which specializes in providing Leadership Development, Organizational Effectiveness and Team Alignment solutions.

Luis Arturo Torres

Known for aligning strategies to improve team performance, increase employee engagement and drive organizational effectiveness, Luis’ extensive international experience supports his ability to work in fast-paced and multi-cultural environments.

Specialized in leadership coaching, Luis provides clients with awareness on leading authentically, working more collaboratively and actively engaging teams to create thriving businesses. By applying research-based and best-in-class practices, Luis understands how to leverage individual leaders’ existing strengths to drive sustainable outcomes.

In partnership with business leaders, Luis has successfully positioned organizations for the future by enabling both business and talent for success. His experience includes the creation of integrated learning and development models that agilely support talent needs, and building frameworks to systematically advance top talent across the organization, accelerating their readiness for critical positions, and therefore strengthening the leadership pipeline.

During his 20+ years of progressive business experience working for leading corporations such as Hewlett-Packard, Merck, Novartis and Johnson & Johnson, Luis has occupied leading Talent and Organizational Effectiveness roles in the U.S. and other international markets, supporting Commercial, R&D, Operations and Global functions. In his latest corporate role, Luis served as Talent Management Vice President for Millicom (Tigo), a global Telco focused on emerging markets.

Luis Holds a B.Sc. in Psychology and a Master’s degree in strategic human resources management from Rutgers University. Luis is also a certified instructor / facilitator in multiple leadership development and advanced teambuilding techniques. He was credentialed as an organizational and executive coach by Columbia University in 2022.
